Test Standards Matter

The DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) has rules to make sure everyone is ready for their driving test. Your driving Instructor will need to follow these rules to keep you safe and improve your chances of passing.

To have your instructor with you on the test day, you must be “test ready.” This means driving safely without any serious or dangerous mistakes, especially during a mock test.

What You Agree to When Joining

By signing up for our intensive course, you agree to:

1. Reach Test Standard: If you’re not ready for your test, your instructor must follow their professional rules and reschedule it. This gives you more time to practice and meet the DVSA’s standards.
2. Pass a Mock Test: You’ll need to pass a practice test with your instructor to prove you’re ready.

This makes sure you have the best chance to pass your real test and avoid paying extra to rebook it.

Why Your Assessment Lesson is Important

Your intensive course is planned around the advice your instructor gives after your first assessment lesson.

• What Happens in the Lesson? Your instructor checks your skills, finds areas to improve, and tells you how many hours you’ll need to be ready for your test.
• Why Follow the Plan? Sticking to the recommended hours gives you the best chance to pass within the course time.

Keep Track of Your Progress

Here’s how to stay on top of your learning:

• Mock Test Feedback: Listen to your instructor’s advice after your practice test.
• Stick to the Plan: Make sure you complete all the practice hours your instructor suggests.
